How can I track my package?

If tracking details are available, you'll be able to track your package through the Your Orders page. Just click "Track Package" beside the delivery you need to follow.

Why isn't there tracking information in my order?

If you can not see any tracking data to your shipment and the estimated delivery date hasn't yet passed, your package should still arrive when they're due. You may see some common explanations why tracking results are unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.

Why your order did not get free shipping.

Both the items ordered together with the shipping address have to be eligible for FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has more details in regards to what items and addresses meet the criteria.


To take advantage of FREE Shipping:

  • Place no less than $25 of eligible products inside your Shopping Cart.
  • Go on to checkout.
  • Ship your items to a single U.S. address.
  • Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" when your shipping preference.
  • Select FREE Shipping as the shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 3-8 working days after all of the items are available to ship (including pre-order items).
  • Place your order, and enjoy the free postage!

International Shipping

We gladly accepts orders from all worldwide. Available products, shipping rates and costs can differ in accordance with the delivery address for your order.

These items can be shipped to almost all destinations outside the U.S.:

* Note: Books that demand special handling as they are extremely heavy (for instance, multi-volume sets) cannot be shipped outside the U.S. Should this be the case, it will be noted on the product detail page.


For products shipped internationally, take note that any maker warranty might not be valid; manufacturer service options most likely are not available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings might not be in destination country languages; items (and accompanying materials) may not be coded in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and also the products may well not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, including titles, for our international carriers, and such information may be conveyed through the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and observe local laws.

Generally if the order is a gift, the package is designated "Gift," but the cost of the item remains stated within the customs form.

Customs authorities require value of the gift item to be stated on the package.

Returns & Replacements

The aforementioned terms (including, if applicable, terms relating to the Import Fee Deposit) also pertain to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the shipment. If you happen to return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the destination country. Title and chance of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You're liable for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. When ordering the recipient is the importer of record and will comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
